1886-87 1s violet on blue granite paper, dated '21 MAY 86', VERTICAL TETE-BECHE pair, with stamp size perforated 'blank' attached to one stamp, fresh large part o.g. One pulled perf, otherwise very fine, and a particularly dramatic example. One of only four such vertical pairs recorded by Jonkers (p.119), in addition to four horizontal pairs.
