Gift Vouchers
We are no longer offering the option to redeem or purchase Gift Vouchers online. However, we do recognise the value of having gift vouchers available.
If you have a gift voucher to redeem or wish to purchase a voucher, please contact our customer services team on +44 1425 472363 or email shop@sgbaldwins.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your purchase.
Digital Catalogues
We are currently upgrading the Stanley Gibbons website. In the meantime, we have set up a temporary official shop for catalogue and stamp purchases here: https://sgbaldwins.com/about-us/stanley-gibbons.
Please note that this temporary shop does not include an account facility, so you will not be able to access your catalogue purchases directly through the platform. To access your purchases, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 1425 472363 or email shop@sgbaldwins.com, and we will provide you with a URL link to access them.
App users
If you already use the SG App, you can continue to access your existing purchases. Any new digital titles purchased from our temporary website will not automatically appear in your app. Please use the “Contact Us” feature within the app (as detailed below) and let us know which titles are missing so we can add them for you.
