1862 1s green, greyish paper, perf 13, pos. 9 on the sheet, part o.g. (typical patchy gum). Odd shortish perfs (and pencil number on reverse), still much above average for this stamp, with lovely colour. Very scarce with gum, and desirable from this position, illustrating the original state of the plate (before the development of the "crossed lines on hill"). (cat £325+). - P201010008
