1905 (2 OCT) registered cover to London, Parker correspondence, bearing 1899 '4 cents' surcharge set of 9, tied by individual strikes of barred oval (Proud type K3) with despatch cds (type D7) and registration h/s (type R4) at foot, and London arrival (8 NO) backstamp. Unobtrusive label (? auction lot number) on face and light storage toning on reverse, but a neat and very scarce franking. (stamps cat £400 postally used) - P267000529
