1919-21 2d working die proof in brown and deep green (issued colours of 4d) on thin wove (39 x 47mm) with guidelines, dated '1 Oct 1920' at upper left with blue crayon tick at upper right. A fine and interesting proof, taken to ensure correct registration of vignette and frame. Ex 'Dubois' (Spink 14 Jul 2021, lot 487) and illustrated in "The De La Rue Collection", vol 4, p. 4330.
