Ionian Islands SG 1,2 1859 cover from Corfu to Cephalonia at 1½d rate

1859 (25 July) outer lettersheet from Corfu to Cephalonia, correctly franked (but with adhesives placed contrary to regulation) at 1½d inter-island rate (1d postage + ½d ship fee) by 1859 (½d) orange and (1d) blue, tied by manuscript crosses (and, most unusually, highlighted with ink lines at right and foot) with despatch cds and faint 'scroll' arrival ds (both in green) at left and blue sender's cachet at lower left. Light vertical fold and minor edge wear, nevertheless a rare usage in above average condition. RPS (1949) and Simmermacher (2005) certs. [N.B.
