Inland Revenue. 1882-1901 10s ultramarine on white paper, wmk Large Anchor, lettered KB, type O2 'I.R. OFFICIAL' opt, neatly cancelled by complete 'ACCOUNTS BRANCH / P.O. GLASGOW' oval ds, dated '8 OC 94', as used on bulk postage receipts. Minor suffusion on reverse from cancellation ink, but very fine appearance and most attractive. BPA cert (2010).
