Very attractive 2d embossed envelope paying the 2d registration fee with the 2¬Ωd Postage paid by two 1d Lilac die II (SG 172's) and a ¬Ωd Vermilion (SG 197) sent from Bristol to Berlin, Germany. A 1d lilac and the 2d cancelled by a Bristol cds's for JY.31.1899 with the ¬Ωd vermilion and 1d lilac cancelled by red London hooded datestamps for AU.1.1899.
