Telegraphs. 1882-94 80c on 2r50 grey, type T91 surcharge (issue of 9 Jul 86), upper half, ERROR SURCHARGE DOUBLE, with a second more lightly inked and angled impression above the 'normal' surcharge, tied to piece of telegraph form by part 'JAFFNA' ds. Very rare and desirable, being the finest of just three examples known to us. Not recorded by Hiscocks, nor in the Royal Collection. Ex Hiscocks collection. - P201014010
