Telegraphs. 1882-94 40c on 2r50c grey, type T54 surcharge (issue of 18 Jan 1882), used upper half with bold part ds, clearly dated "3-82". Oily cancel, otherwise fine. A key stamp, being the only 40c surcharge on the 2r50c value. Only 1200 printed, with such dated examples rare. (cat £110). - P201007035
