Telegraphs. 1882-94 12c on 50c blue, type T22 surcharge showing "Small 12, the 2 with straight foot" (issue of 16 Jan 1889), upper half, very lightly used. A very scarce stamp, from a composite setting with three rows type T21 and one type T22 as here. Probably only 400 issued. - P201006943
