Telegraphs. 1882-94 12c on 25c green, type T18 surcharge showing "Small 12, the 2 with straight foot" (issue of 16 Jan 1889), upper half, fine used with neat part "6 - 89" ds. A very scarce stamp, from a composite setting with three rows type T17 and one type T18 as here. Probably only 600 issued. - P201006942
