1907 'Large Canoe' ½d ultramarine, complete sheet of 60 (6x10) with full margins and showing sheet number '270' at upper right and marginal inscription 'Sixty Stamps at One Hallfpenny.' at left, neatly c.t.o. with Tulagi cds. The sheet severed and rejoined, nevertheless a remarkable survival in very fine condition. [N.B. The positioning of the cancels suggest the sheet was severed prior to being postmarked.] (cat £900+)
