Official. 1953 (4 Aug) OHMS airmail cover from Pretoria to Amsterdam, franked at 4s6d triple rate by 1950-54 "Set 29" (= Feb 1953 issue) 1s blackish brown and ultramarine, vertical pair, and 2s6d green and brown Afrikaans single, tied by fine strike of cds. The cover sadly with faults (creases, tears to face panel), not affecting stamps (although the lower 1s has a possible tiny tear), still good appearance, with blue airmail label and light violet departmental cachet at left.
