Official. 1930 (AUG 2) OHMS cover from Pretoria to International Telegraph Bureau in Berne, IOW, franked at 3d UPU rate by Afrikaans singles of 1929-31 1d black and carmine "Set 4" (= 1929 issue) and 1928-30 2d grey and maroon "Set 4" (= 1929 issue, recess, 19mm space), tied by machine cancel, with oval "ON POSTAL SERVICE" armorial cachet at lower left.
