Official. 1930 (31 DEC) OHMS cover from Pretoria to the Editor of the Daily Mail in London, franked by single 1928-30 2d grey and maroon "Set 4" (= 1929 issue, recess, 19mm space), tied by machine cancel, with oval violet despatch and receiving handstamps, the latter dated "19 JAN 1930" in error.
