Official. 1930-47 "Set 6" (= 1931 issue) 6d "dull green and pale orange", roto ptg (wmk inverted), SG type O2 opt with 12.5mm spacing, left marginal horizontal strip of three showing variety "Stop after OFFISIEEL on Afrikaans inscr stamp" on right stamp (R5 or 15/3), tied to piece by neat strikes of "HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT" cds, dated "3 JAN 33".
