Official. 1928-30 "Set 3" (= 1928 issue) 6d green and orange, SG type O1 opt (reading upwards, but without stops), lower left corner block of 18 (6x3), neatly cancelled by three full and three part strikes of "EAST LONDON" cds (date unclear, possibly "31").
