1892 Die II set of 5 to 13c, opt 'SPECIMEN' (type D12), the 2c, 4c and 10c in part o.g. singles (minor marks and adhesions) but the 8c and 13c in fine fresh horizontal pairs, with full o.g. An interesting group, supplied by De La Rue to the Seychelles Govt in 1893, but not for UPU distributions. The pairs scarce. [N.B. This is the complete Die II set, as the 16c does not exist thus.] - P212013980
