1915 (9 MAR) registered 'ON POSTAL SERVICE' cover (embossed 'THE BRITISH SOUTH AFRICA COMPANY / RHODESIA' orange logo on flap) from Salisbury to USA, franked by 1913-19 ½d blue-green, perf 15, 2d black and grey, head Die II, perf 15, 2½d blue, perf 14, and 4d black and orange-red, head Die I, perf 15, tied by three strikes of 'SALISBURY / RHODESIA' cds (Proud type D8) and blue registration crayon with registration label at left.
