Postal Fiscal. 1882-86 7s violet, lower right corner block of 6 (3x2) from the upper pane with current number '5' and part centre guide, brilliant unmounted o.g. with wonderfully fresh colour. Minor bends (and trivial tone speck in margin mentioned for accuracy), and small part selvedge removed from lower right corner, still highly attractive and extremely rare in this positional form and condition.
