1897 (16 SP) registered cover (printed Haessner & Joachimssohn envelope) from Tangier to London, franked by Gibraltar 1889-96 5c green (2) and 20c olive-green and brown (3), tied by three strikes of Tangier registered oval with 'R' in oval at upper left and showing London arrival (20 SP) and delivery (21 SEP) cancels at lower right.
