Telegraph. 1869-78 14r4a bright lilac, characteristic centring for this value, with two strikes of De La Rue "CANCELLED" handstamp (Samuel type 9, for use on colour standards), fresh colour with full o.g. Always a rare overprint on telegraph stamps (especially on the 1869-78 first wmk issue), and the only example we have seen on the 14r4a value. - P212017269
