Illustrated Envelopes. 1908 (MY 14) hand painted cover to Bristol, Edwards correspondence, franked by 1902-10 1d scarlet, tied by 'LONDON N.W / N.W 11' duplex with Bristol arrival backstamp for the same day. Trivial traces of soiling still a fine cover, depicting a lady wearing an extravagant feather hat. Painted by George Henry Edwards (1859-1918 - exhibitor at the Royal Academy 1896-1900) and sent to his wife. - P267000811
