1903 Posted in advance for Xmas. Very fine cover sent locally within Wakefield, prepaid by a 1d scarlet cancelled by a red Wakefield 'W.F.' type 2 cancel. Scarce, 1d stamps were supposed to be cancelled in black, the office in Wakefield which only participated in 1903 appears to have ignored this directive. - P223015614
