1856 Registered mail. Very fine double rate entire from Nottingham to Glasgow, prepaid by a 2d blue Pl.6 (SG35) and a four margin 6d purple both neatly cancelled by Nottingham '583' sideways duplexes for NO.6.1856. Large red manuscript 'Registered' at top left and a Glasgow arrival cds for the 7th on reverse. Superb quality, very scarce so fine. 2009 BPA Cert. - P223016073
