1855 British Post Offices Abroad: Very fine single rate entire from Havana to Vera Cruz, Mexico, endorsed 'Vapor Ingles' and prepaid '1-' in manuscript. Very fine 'PAID AT HAVANA' crowned circle (Type CC2) in black with double arc type 2 Havana cds on reverse for MR.23.1855. Carried on RMSP Co. steamer 'Clyde' arriving at Vera Cruz on the 29th.
