1841 1d Red brown Pl.26. Very fine used good to large four margin example lettered QL, neatly tied to a clean cover by a crisp strike of the distinctive Kelso MC in black. Addressed to Edinburgh with Kelso and Edinburgh datestamps on reverse for AP.15+16.1843 respectively. A lovely example of this scarce cross on cover, which opens out perfectly for display. Spec.
