1826 London Twopenny Post. Very fine wrapper originally from Lincoln's Inn Fields via the Twopenny Post Office in Lombard St (handstamp on reverse) to St Pancras showing a large handstruck '2'. Re-directed back to Lincoln's Inn Fields, the '2' cancelled by a wavy line erasure handstamp, a fancy italic 'In All' instructional handstamp and a large handstruck '4' were applied denoting the total postage due including the re-direction. London Datestamps on reverse for FE.4-6.1826. Most unusual and an attractive selection of scarce London handstamps. - P223009240
