1900 1d on Ωd vermilion "BECHUANALAND PROTECTORATE", pos. 1 of the setting, ERROR SURCHARGE INVERTED, used. A couple of fractionally shortish perfs mentioned for accuracy, still a fine example of this very rare stamp. Only 18 existed, this stamp once forming a pair with Dale Lichtenstein lot 642.
