Telegraphs. 1894 (26 Nov) 5r on 25r carmine, type T130 surcharge, horizontal strip of 6 upper halves, used on fragment of telegraph form with very fine complete and part strikes of 'COLOMBO 4 12 94' ds, one week after issue. The end stamps with unobtrusive faults (creases, pinholes at left) but a rare and remarkable multiple of fine colour and appearance. Only 1200 issued. - P201014050
