Cameroons Expeditionary Force. 1919 (14 JY) registered 'Blatter' cover from Victoria to Switzerland, franked by 1915 'C.E.F.' 4d on 40pf, 6d on 50pf, and 8d on 80pf (all upper marginal), tied by individual strikes of 'VICTORIA / CAMEROONS' skeletone cds with provisional registration label at upper left. Backstamped at Victoria, Liverpool (18 AU) and Bern (21 VIII). Late use of this issue, but most attractive and scarce. - P267001070
