1916 "Salonica" set of 8 to 1s, type S1 opt, large part o.g. Odd minor blemishes (1d heavily hinged, 4d with a few short perfs), but overall a fine set with fresh colours. Each value with "STANLEY GIBBONS" guarantee h/s, and clear BPA cert (1981) for the set. Only 360 each issued of 9d and 1s, 480 of 2d and 4d, and 620 of 3d, and in this set no less than four values (1d, 4d, 6d, 1s) show an inverted albino impression of the opt on the gum, (cat £1400+) - P234005913
